MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS
Advertisements do not have to be submitted camera ready. Ad copy must be printed or typed CLEARLY. Photographs should not exceed 8 x 10 inches. Photographs may be Black & White or Color.
PAYMENT TERMS
The person/barn placing the advertisement is ultimately responsible for payment. Checks should be made out to The Morgan Connection. We accept Visa/Mastercard. Write down your card number, expiration date and cardholder name and mail with your copy. Credit card customers please note: Hobby Horse Enterprises, Inc., is the name that will appear on your statement. Advertisers that have established good credit with the Publisher may make payment on receipt of an invoice. A charge of $15 will be assessed for all returned checks. All accounts subject to professional collection will be responsible for the Account Balance, Court Costs, Collection Fees and/or Attorney Fees.
Any person who submits materials including, but not limited to, photographs for publication in The Morgan Connection or any other publication owned by Hobby Horse Enterprises, Inc., agrees to indemnify The Morgan Connection and Hobby Horse Enterprises, Inc. for any and all damages that arise as a result of such publication, including but not limited to, damages (including attorney fees) that arise from a claim of any copyright laws.
